You may know her as the woman who has been (spoiler alert!) kidnapped, thrown into a coma, and plopped into Afghanistan to stop an assassin on the CBS’s hit drama NCIS: Los Angeles.

Like her TV counterpart, Special Agent Kensi Blye, Daniela Ruah is just as tough in real life.

The stunning Portuguese actress sat down with Watch! to discuss her eventful upbringing, career ambition, and living life to the fullest.

We finally have some interviews from the CBS International Press Day that took place last November.

In these two new interviews (one from Hungary and another from New Zealand), Daniela talks about, among other things, the beginning of Season 9 and the next steps for her character “Kensi”, how the cast dealt with the loss of Miguel Ferrer (Owen Granger), how she uses social media and managing motherhood while filming.

The cover of the March/April issue of CBS’s Watch! magazine, available on newsstands as of today, feature NCIS: LOS ANGELES star Daniela Ruah.

For Daniela Ruah’s photo spread, which captured her modern sophistication and sexy elegance against a backdrop of Old Hollywood, she slipped into an array of sexy red – and slinky black – dresses, selected by stylist Jordan Grossman, and was photographed in a 1920s Spanish style Los Angeles home by CBS senior staff photographer Cliff Lipson. Ruah dazzled with blissful ballet moves for one shot, gamely braved the rain for two other shots, and exuded positive energy and excitement through it all.

During her interview with regular Watch! contributor John Griffiths, Ruah laughs about having had a poster of Chris O’Donnell when she was in her teens, long before either of their NCIS: LOS ANGELES days; she reminisces about how she met her real-life husband through another current co-star, Eric Christian Olsen; and she chats about making the leap to the U.S. from Portugal, adding gratefully, “I came to America with a hope for an amazing future, and it came true.”

“Conquista o sonho” é o nome do movimento lançado esta terça-feira pela Federação Portuguesa de Futebol, com o objectivo de motivar os portugueses a perseguirem os seus sonhos e a ajudarem a Selecção Nacional na concretização do seu: a conquista do Mundial 2018.

A imagem de lançamento mostra personalidades conhecidas de diferentes áreas – música, representação, moda e desporto –, que alcançaram ou procuram alcançar grandes feitos num contexto internacional.

Os internacionais portugueses Cristiano Ronaldo, Ricardinho, Madjer e Jéssica Silva, a manequim Sara Sampaio, os actores Daniela Ruah e Pêpê Rapazote, a cantora Ana Moura, a atleta olímpica Patrícia Mamona e o DJ Kura surgem juntos por Portugal, com a nova camisola oficial da Selecção.

O equipamento que a Equipa das Quinas vai estrear no Campeonato do Mundo, na Rússia, foi apresentado em videomapping no Pavilhão Carlos Lopes, durante a Gala Quinas de Ouro.
