The countdown to the countdown is on. CBS said today that its “Super Bowl Greatest Commercials 2018”, an interactive countdown special where viewers will be able to vote LIVE on www.cbs.com/superbowl/commercials for their favorite “Man” vs. “Beast” Super Bowl commercial, will be broadcast Tuesday, Jan. 30 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

This year, five star-studded Super Bowl spots featuring some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment, representing “Man,” face off against five spots featuring scene-stealing animals, representing “Beast.” The special will once again be hosted by Boomer Esiason, analyst for CBS Sports’ NFL pre-game show THE NFL TODAY, and Daniela Ruah, star of CBS’ NCIS: LOS ANGELES, and will originate from U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, home of “Super Bowl LII.”

Beginning today, viewers can vote for their favorite Super Bowl commercials, pitting “Man” versus “Beast.” Esiason will campaign on behalf of his favorite commercials starring humans, and Ruah will advocate for the animal-led spots. These commercials go head-to-head on CBS.com, where fans can vote for their favorite Super Bowl commercial.

One “Man” and one “Beast” commercial will advance to the live vote during the broadcast, when viewers will decide the outcome and the ultimate winner will be revealed at the end of the show.
